AZA（CZA）petrochemical process pump specializes in pumping clean liquids, or liquids with solid particles, low temperature, high temperature, neutrals, caustics and gas-liquid mixture, and acid,

STRUCTURE AND FEATURES:

1、The pump takes back-opening-door structure, using diaphragm couplings to connect the motor, so its convenient for repairing, as there would be no necessary to disassemble the pipeline and motor to take out the whole rotor, only need to take down the middle coupling.

2、CZA Model pump adopts magnetic coupling to transmit, and use shaft seal instead of gasket type seal to transfer moment without touch, thus completely solve the leakage problem that mechanical seal can not solve. Therefore, the seal is more reliable and safe.

3、Simplified heavy hanger wont make rotor deviate, ensuring pump long-term and safe operation .

4、Shaft seal adopts high quality mechanical seal, and the motor can be run directly with long service life, high efficiency and low vibration advantages, which ensures stable and safe operation.

5、Adopt Ex proof motor of Grade dIIBT4, which holds excellent explosion-proof capability. Able to work outdoors, which can cut a great deal of building investment and operation fees.

6、The end of impeller introduces nut and locked spacer, which can well prevent nut from falling off that due to the impeller reversion caused by the sudden stop of pump, so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation.

7、Adopt firm bearing support to improve the stability of assembly and eliminate the transfiguration caused by heavy load of pipeline.
