Brief introduction:

Semihermetic Screw Water-Chilling Unit is developed by WULENG based on open-type and semihermetic screw water chilling unit. The unit features high efficiency, high automatic and high reliability by using world-famous brand semihermetical screw compressor and high-efficiency heat-exchangers designed and manufactured by WULENG.
Operating with refrigerant R22, the unit mainly consists of semihermetical screw compressor, condenser, evaporator, economizer and necessary electric automatic control devices. At the cooling water inet/outlet of condenser and secondary refrigerant inlet/outlet of evaporator are mounted match flanges for connecting to the system of the customer.
The unit is fully factory assembled, tested and adjusted, and ready for operation after connecting to cooling water lines and secondary refrigerant lines of the customer.

Operating conditions:

Cooling water inlet temperature: 20～32℃, Voltage deviation: ±5?
Secondary refrigerant outlet temperature: -20～12℃, water quality: conforming to GBJ50-83 standard
a. Brine water solution: NaCl water solution apply to 0～?15℃, Calcium chloride water solution apply to 0～?35℃;
b. Glycol solution: Glycol water solution apply to 0～?20℃, Low temperature required the mixture of ethyl alcohol, Glycol, water.
c. Secondary refrigerant(Brine, Glycol) concentration: Its freezing temperature is lower 7～10℃ than requested secondary refrigerant outlet temperature.

a. The unit is equipped with world-famous brand semihermetical screw compressor and international-advanced technology to provide a high reliable operation.

c. The condenser and evaporator are equipped with new-type high-efficiency heat exchanging tubes, so as to increase the efficiency of the unit and save its floor covering area.
d. The unit is compact by using plate-type heat exchanger as economizer instead of traditional shell-tube type one. Moreover the plate-type heat exchanger is optional with the customer.
e. Liquid-injection cooling is offered to ensure a proper oil temperature.
f. The unit utilizes CPI CP-4214 oil with high viscosity to provide good lubrication, good sealing and good oil-returning of the evaporator, so that the unit will operate more efficiently under low temperature condition.
