1. How to register?
To get registered with China-ogpe.com, click Join Free on the Home Page. Complete the registration form and submit.
2. Why I failed to register?
Make sure Confirm Password is the same as Password. If there is nothing wrong with the Password, you’d better check the Verification Code. You should input the Verification Code in English Input Method. If you cant read clearly the Verification Code in the picture, please load another one by clicking the picture or "click here to reload".
I forgot my members ID and/or Password.
Click on Forgot Password . Enter the Member ID and E-mail that you have provided at the time of registration and you will shortly receive an email with your User Name and Password.
3. Why am I not able to Login?
Make sure you have entered Member ID and Password correctly. If you do not remember your Password, click Forgot Password and enter the Member ID and E-mail that you have provided at the time of registration and you will shortly receive an email with your User Name and Password.
4. I want to change my Password.
To change your password, please take the following steps:
Login at China-ogpe.com and enter your Member Office.
Find “Password Management” in the menu.
Click” Password Management” and click on “Edit Password " link (choose “Edit Password”).
Enter the new password in “Current Password” and then enter and re-enter the same new password.
Submit.
Then you have changed your password successfully.
5. My member ID and Password are correct but still Im not able to sign in?
Check your spellings of the User Name and Password, which you may be spelling them wrongly. Check if your keyboard Caps Lock is on.
If you have forgotten your password, use "Forgot Password” option to get a new password.
6. What can I do about a Cookie Error?
If a cookie error occurs, you can take the following steps to resolve it:
(1). Internet Explorer 6.0 - Click "Tool/Internet Options"; Click "Delete Cookies" & "Delete Files"; Click "Security," and set as "Default"; click "Privacy," and set as "Medium."
(2). Internet Explorer 5 - Click "Tool/Internet Options"; Click "Security"; Click "Internet zone." Select a security level other than "High." Or click "Custom Level," scroll to "Cookies," and then click "Enable" for both cookie options.
(3). Internet Explorer 4.x - Click "View," and then "Internet Options." Click "Advanced." Scroll to "Security." Under "Cookies," click "Always accept cookies."
(4). Netscape Communicator 4.X - Click "Edit," and then "Preferences." Click "Advanced." Check "Accept All Cookies."
If you are still unable to solve this problem, please locate the directory where your operation system is installed, e.g., "C: Windows." Then go to the sub-directory "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files." Then delete all files named "Cookies."
Please reset your computer once you have finished.
7. How to use Search?
Our search engine includes Search and Advanced Search. Type the keyword related to the Products/ Distributors Wanted/Trade Offers/Companies in the search bar, and click on the Search button. Then you will get a result page.
If you want to be much more specific in the searching process by narrowing down your search scope. Please use Advance Search. It is available for you to search under a certain category and province or country/territory.
8. How can I use Inquiry Basket?
Inquiry Basket is similar to a shopping cart, which collects the information of product, offer, distributor wanted, distributorship wanted that you are interested. Browse the details of each interesting product, distributor wanted, distributorship wanted or offer, adding it into Inquiry Basket by simply clicking the "Add to Inquiry Basket" at the top right of information page. If you are not a member yet, you have to register first.
9. How to get my company Listed?
Company listing on China-ogpe.com is absolutely easy, please follow the below steps:
Click on "Join Free " from any page on the top right.
Select your member ID and Password and fill up the whole form about your company’s information.
After submitting the form you will join us successfully.
After you finished the above steps, your company will be listed on China-ogpe.com. And you can try to search your company on our website.
Please note that your company may not be free listed? if we find details submitted by you are wrong. Kindly make sure that you enter most updated and correct information.
10. How to contact suppliers? Can China-ogpe.com provide me with product price lists?
Please note that China-ogpe is the B2B service provider. If you need product price lists, please send Inquiry to the suppliers directly via China-ogpe.com online messaging system.
